Perfect location with easy access to Santa's Village, Storyland, Wildcat Mountain, and many other places and restaurants I love. The rooms are fancy and very nice. The beds are soft and the pillows are perfect. They had some very nice touches. My only complaint in the room was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. The pool was great for the kids, but too cold for me. The fitness room was a nice touch. I loved the water fountain and water bottle fountain. The little market was so cute and had cool soda. One lady who worked at the front desk was super nice. Another lady working at the front desk was kind of snippy to my family. The other workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the free cookies and muffins every morning. They were delicious.

So, this is a pretty nice hotel for the price, but it could be better given the location. The food was good but not great, there is a nice bar on the main floor and a small dining room that feels like it's in a hotel more than it could/should. There's no hot tub, which being located at the base of Mt. Washington and a retreat from hiking and skiing, would have really been nice. All in all, it's a great place to stay while skiing or after hiking, but it feels like sort of a wasted opportunity wher3 a really nice hotel could have been built. Instead, you get a nice hotel that isn't anything special or a place you would really boast about or recommend aside from being conveniently located to hiking and skiing (Wildcat). That's my honest assessment/opinion.

This place has a stunning location with respect to the spectacular mountain view right from the tall glass inside patio & restaurant/bar as well as a cozy fireplace right outside on the deck. I think this hotel is situated right beneath the twin mountains, Mt. Washington. Staff is friendly, rooms are neat, restrooms are clean and lobby is entertaining too.

Update: this is what $28 gets you at the Notch Grille... Again it still tastes good but.. come on. Hotel is very nice. Great location to be in the White mountains. Very reasonably priced. Pool is nice for the kids. The restaurant was pretty good as well but a bit expensive for what you get. Much better than staying in town.

We chose this hotel for the location not knowing what the place was like. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very new and clean. The rooms were large and the beds were amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the food and view very much. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel, we are currently on a month long journey and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed.

This is a wonderful place for a stay in a beautiful iconic American location...the White Mountains and the base at Mt. Washington. The hotel is the gold standard of a sustainable site using state of the art geo thermal heating and cooling. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. If you are looking for a great hotel in the area, come here... you won't be disappointed!

So happy we chose this hotel. First off it’s well decorated and clean. Add in the extra amenities like the gym, indoor swimming pool, comfortable indoor/outdoor common areas and a wonderful restaurant and bar (with unique and very tasty food offerings). Our rooms had kohler sinks and faucets which means they didn’t skimp. The rooms were laid out well and, as said before, very clean. Plenty of pillows. The mattress was just below firm too which meant we slept with ease. We left two days ago and I’ve already told 3 people they need to go to this place. Loved our time there.

The Glen House offers a premium hotel experience without being pretentious or stuffy. It's elegant, honest and humble in the most classy way possible. I spent two days here and I simply could not find any issues worth reporting. The staff, and I mean everyone, from servers, housekeepers, front desk, maintenance and anyone I encountered, was super friendly, professional and genuinely happy to be here at the Glen. The restaurant is also an absolute value! Everything I ate was prepared with care and intelligence, exceeding all expectations with each meal. (The chef and their kitchen crew clearly have the talent and passion to produce delicious and creative sustenance) The rooms are really nicely appointed with comfy beds and very cool artwork on the walls. The pool is a bit on the small side, but very modern and well taken care of. Overall the Glen House is a clean, high quality, well-run modern hotel all throughout. I can't wait to come and stay here again!
